Guest Service Teams are our serviced residences’ main point of contact for guests, overseeing a range of responsibilities including checking guests in and out, coordinating guest requests, and dealing with ad-hoc situations. As part of the Guest Service team, you provide professional and prompt service, and represent Ascott’s brand to guests you meet.
We are looking for confident, presentable and professional individuals who can attend to the needs of our guests with efficiency, creativity, and warmth, ensuring a pleasant and seamless experience for guests.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Guest Service Manager and Supervisor plan and coordinate activities for our guests, and ensure that the Front Desk offers a warm welcome to guests and attends promptly to guests’ needs.
The Ascott Host is unique to the Ascott stay experience, delivering personalised service to our guests. With great attention to detail and coordination with other departments, Ascott Hosts play a big part in exceeding our guests’ expectations.
Guest Service Officers and Bellmen are crucial to a great guest experience, warmly welcoming them, assisting with luggage and transport requirements, and ensuring that they feel at home during their stay.
