The Housekeeping team ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of our serviced residences. They are tasked to attend to resident requests, queries and complaints regarding the maintenance and cleanliness of facilities efficiently. Team members are integral to maintaining an excellent standard of customer service true to our brand reputation.
We are looking for self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals who have a passion for service.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Housekeeping Supervisor and Manager oversee the overall maintenance and image of our serviced residence’s aesthetics.
You will liaise with contractors for daily operations, and formulate training programmes for the Housekeeping Department. You will be actively involved in reviewing service standards based on our policies and guidelines, and providing support in preparing operational reports to the Management.
Housekeeping Attendants are responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of our serviced residences, maintaining a pleasant experience for our guests.
You will perform the daily cleaning and inspection of all apartments, and work closely with the Engineering team to ensure that all maintenance issues are attended to promptly, so that our serviced residences are always presentable and comfortable. You will also organise the issuance of linen and uniforms.
