The Operations Management role is vital in ensuring that the standards of Ascott properties remain consistent with our philosophy, policies, and targets. As part of the Operations Management team, you will improve guests’ experiences in our serviced residences through innovative initiatives, and by handling different ad-hoc situations and in-house events.
We are looking for self-motivated and service-oriented leaders, who can coordinate each serviced residence’s different departments to achieve operational excellence. These individuals are creative and innovative, and also possess strong communication skills to share complex ideas clearly, and execute them effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Residence Manager, Assistant Residence Manager, Operations Manager and Operations Executive plan, direct and coordinate the daily operations of our serviced residences across various functions. Hence, you will play a crucial role in the efficient deployment and management of our serviced residence’s Housekeeping, Guest Service, Security and Engineering departments.
