Residence Manager

You will ensure smooth daily activities of the property; manage all departments to carry out the duty in all aspects of the property to make sure they are strictly adhered to the company’s standards, policies and procedures; You will lead the team to achieve business target and control cost within approved plan

Major duties & responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for planning, controlling and coordination of all functional events as requested by the Management

  2. Manage Sales & Marketing department to deliver the product to residents

  3. Manage Guest Service, Engineering, Housekeeping and Security departments as well as corporate support departments: Human Resource, Finance to ensure the service standards are met.

  4. Ensure smooth operation and efficiency of operational departments with regular inspections

  5. Handle correspondences relating to residents

  6. Disseminate information and obtain feedback from residents

  7. Perform all duties as outlined in the operational policy and procedures, report or recommend any outstanding issues

  8. Preparation of required management reports

  9. Review and update of operational procedures

  10. Ensure that the local legal, labor, health and building requirements/regulations are met and maintained

  11. Manage execution of the Sales & Marketing plan of the company

  12. Develop and establish new programs, service standards and control procedures

  13. Organize operations meetings

  14. Perform any and all other assignments as directed by the Management.

  15. Perform as the “Manager on Duty” when assigned.

  16. The employee must be in line with ISO 14000 


Job Requirements

Open to both locals and foreigners

  1. Qualification:   University graduate, major in hospitality preferred

  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations management or similar position within the hospitality industry

  3. Competencies:

  • Knowledgeable, familiar with all aspects of operations

  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point

  • Excellent communications and public relations skills.

  • Possess management and leadership skills

  • Language: English, Cambodian preferred
